Why Talia built Waypoint
Waypoint was built by Talia Osei, who spent years as a travel agent planning honeymoons, family reunions and multi-city work trips. Every itinerary lived in five places at once: a spreadsheet of bookings, a thread of texts with the client, a dozen open browser tabs of hotels and train times, and a PDF she rebuilt by hand every time a flight changed.
She got tired of being the only person who could see the whole trip. So she built the tool she wanted: one day-by-day itinerary where flights, stays and plans sit together, each day on its own card, with the route on a map and a running cost estimate at the bottom of the screen.
When the plan is ready, one Share trip link sends a clean, read-only copy to a travel companion or a client — no account needed to open it — and the same boarding-pass cards export straight to PDF.
